Meet Amy

Amy Bouchard, SPHR has spent more than 20 years as a strategic HR executive and trusted advisor to CEOs, building people functions from scratch, scaling teams through rapid growth and private equity transitions, and turning talent strategy into a real business advantage.

After more than a decade leading HR and people operations across higher education and corporate environments, Amy founded Your HR Pro to bring executive-level HR expertise directly to growing organizations that need it most. Her work spans the full spectrum of HR: from designing compensation and total rewards strategies to building succession planning processes, recruiting executive talent, and transforming how leaders engage with their teams.

Amy holds dual HR certifications, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is a certified Hogan Assessments practitioner, which she uses to help leaders and organizations make better decisions about people through the science of personality. She earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management and Training & Development from Eastern Washington University, and is a graduate of Rapport International's leadership program.
