Amy launched Your HR Pro in 2022 as an extension of her consultancy founded in 2018. She has 20 years’ experience in human resource management. Amy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and specializes in talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, internal communications, HR strategy, policy development, and process improvement.

Amy earned a bachelor’s in business administration with a human resources and training and development major from Eastern Washington University. She was also Accredited in Public Relations (APR) and has 20 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, and web development.
